Incoterm and port
Our prices are FCA Istanbul: we hand over the export-cleared goods to your forwarder in Istanbul. Our nearest port is Ambarlı. On request we quote freight from our forwarders — LCL, 20′, 40′ or 40′ HC, CFR or CIF to your port. See the Incoterms guide.
Loading: palletized or floor-loaded
Palletized (standard): every item goes on its own EUR pallets (80 × 120 cm) loaded to about 150 cm. Quantities are counted in whole pallets: an order that does not fit on one pallet goes on two. Palletized goods load and unload quickly with a forklift. A 20′ container takes 11 pallets, a 40′ or 40′ HC 24 pallets (single tier).
Floor-loaded: cartons are loaded loose, without pallets. More units fit in a container (20′ ≈ 28 m³, 40′ ≈ 58 m³, 40′ HC ≈ 68 m³ usable), but unloading takes longer. Choose the loading option in your quote cart.

Export documents
- Commercial invoice and packing list for every shipment
- Export declaration (customs)
- A.TR movement certificate for the EU (on request, where the item qualifies)
- EUR.1 for the UK and other free-trade partners, or a certificate of origin (on request, where the item qualifies)
- HS code of each item on the pro forma
What you arrange
Your forwarder (or ours on request), your import registration (for example an EORI number in the EU/UK), import duty and VAT at destination, and customs clearance in your country. The landed cost calculator helps you estimate the total.
