Incoterms 2020 guide
Incoterms define who arranges and pays transport, insurance and customs, and where the risk passes from seller to buyer.
| EXW — Ex Works | Buyer collects at seller's premises and handles export clearance. |
|---|---|
| FCA — Free Carrier | Seller clears export and hands goods to the buyer's carrier at the named place. Our standard: FCA Istanbul. |
| FOB — Free On Board | Seller loads goods on board the vessel at the port of shipment (sea only). |
| CFR — Cost and Freight | Seller pays sea freight to the destination port; risk passes when loaded. |
| CIF — Cost, Insurance and Freight | As CFR, plus seller buys minimum insurance. |
| DAP — Delivered at Place | Seller delivers to the named place, not cleared for import. |
| DDP — Delivered Duty Paid | Seller delivers cleared for import, duties paid. We do not offer DDP. |
Our prices are FCA Istanbul (Ambarlı port). Ask us for CFR or CIF quotes to your port.
